  • 2 pounds peeled carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. Toss carrots in olive oil and salt to coat.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and place carrots over direct heat for 7-10 minutes, turning often.
  3. Transfer carrots to indirect heat, brush with maple syrup, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
