Total Time: 15 mins
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 3 graham crackers, broken into large pieces
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 8 large marshmallows
- Any additional toppings you’d like
Instructions
- Dough: Make pizza dough or use store-bought dough.
- Preheat: Preheat your grill to 450°F with the pizza stone on it.
- Shape: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough into a round.
- Prep Toppings: Break graham crackers into chunks. Slice marshmallows into three circles each using kitchen scissors.
- Grill Base: Place the dough on the hot pizza stone, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip: Flip the dough over with tongs.
- Top: Use a spatula to spread Nutella over the crust. Add graham cracker pieces on top, drizzle with honey, then add the marshmallows, pressing them gently into the Nutella.
- Bake: Close the grill and bake for about 3 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown. Use tongs to remove the pizza from the grill.
- Top: Add any extra toppings you’d like—chocolate sauce and strawberries are a favorite.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
