Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon halved
  • 3-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Optional: Garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat: Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  • Prep: Wash the asparagus and snap off the tough ends. Toss with olive oil and your preferred seasonings.
  • Grill: Place the lemon halves, cut side down, and the asparagus directly on the grill. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning the asparagus halfway through, until tender and lightly charred.
  • Serve: Remove the lemon and asparagus from the grill. Immediately top the asparagus with Parmesan cheese and squeeze the grilled lemon over it.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
