Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 1 lemon halved
- 3-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Optional: Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Prep: Wash the asparagus and snap off the tough ends. Toss with olive oil and your preferred seasonings.
- Grill: Place the lemon halves, cut side down, and the asparagus directly on the grill. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning the asparagus halfway through, until tender and lightly charred.
- Serve: Remove the lemon and asparagus from the grill. Immediately top the asparagus with Parmesan cheese and squeeze the grilled lemon over it.
- Serve and Enjoy!
