Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon halved
  • 3-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • Optional: Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Wash asparagus and break off the ends. Toss with olive oil & seasonings.
  3. Place lemon halves (cut side down) and asparagus directly on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Remove lemon & asparagus from the grill and immediately top asparagus with parmesan cheese. Squeeze grilled lemon over top and serve warm.

  • Keep your grill 10 feet away from building structures
  • Follow manufacturer’s grill instructions
  • Follow proper lighting procedures
  • Be present at all times while the grill is on
